Copyright Policy

How we respect intellectual property, what we own, what you own, and how to report infringement.

1. Respect for intellectual property

Aashapura LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of Content Generator at contentgenerator.chakrakali.com to do the same. Do not submit or generate content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

2. Ownership of the service

The service — its software, user interface, design system, text, graphics, and logos — is © 2026 Aashapura LLC. All rights reserved except the limited license to use the service granted in the Terms of Service. Our names and logos are trademarks of Aashapura LLC; you may not use them without our written permission.

3. Your content and generated output

You retain rights in the inputs you submit. Ownership and use of AI-generated output are described in the Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any material you submit, and for how you use the content you generate.

4. Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location (URL) on the service.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted at contentgenerator.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
