Terms of Service

The plain-language terms for using Content Generator. Clear, protective, and free of fine-print traps.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Content Generator is operated by Aashapura LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, calling the API, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Description of the service

Content Generator is a multi-tenant, API-first platform for generating on-brand content from a prompt. Marketing copy and social content generation are live today (POST /v1/generate/copy, POST /v1/generate/social); other capabilities described on the site are on the roadmap and are not callable until announced. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a promise of specific results, or professional advice for your particular situation.

3. Accounts and API keys

You create a tenant with POST /v1/signup and receive an API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secret and for all activity that occurs under it. Send it as Authorization: Bearer $API_KEY. Do not share keys, and rotate or revoke a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed. You must provide accurate account information, including a valid email.

4. AI-generated content and no guarantee of outcomes

The service uses AI models to generate content on a best-effort basis. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given use, and it may resemble output produced for other users from similar prompts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated content before you rely on or publish it, including for accuracy, originality, and compliance with law and third-party rights. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular business outcome, ranking, revenue, or performance metric.

5. Usage, metering, and fees

Each tenant receives a metered wallet with included free units per billing period. Usage is metered per generation and is visible at GET /v1/usage; our metering records are the source of truth. Usage beyond your included units is billed as overage through Stripe at the per-unit rate shown at the point of use. Billing, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate or distribute anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and never attempt to reach another tenant's data or defeat tenant isolation.
• Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or submit malicious content.
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service as your own, or reverse engineer it.
• Use output in a way that violates any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design, and our underlying tooling, engines, models, and frameworks are and remain our property or that of our licensors, protected by intellectual property law. We retain all rights in anything we develop or improve independently of your use.

The prompts you submit remain yours. As between you and us, and subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the content you generate through the service and may use it for your own purposes; you are responsible for ensuring that use is lawful. You grant us permission to process your prompts and store your generation history to provide, support, and secure the service.

8. Third-party services

The service integrates third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of services we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers of warranty

The service and its output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any generated content is accurate, original, or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from reasonable losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, your use of generated content, or your infringement of any third-party right or applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay amounts due, or where required to protect the service, other tenants, or our rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States — the state in which Aashapura LLC is formed (to be confirmed against the entity's registration) — without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

14. Dispute resolution

We would much rather fix a problem than fight about one. If you have a dispute, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the State of Delaware, United States, on an individual basis — you and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property, and except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in another forum.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
